Conventional Loan

  1. Original pay stubs for the most recent 30 day period for all your income sources.
  2. W-2 forms for the past two years (2003 & 2004).
  3. Original savings, checking and money market account statements for the past 3 months (all pages).
  4. Most recent 401-K or profit sharing statement.
  5. Fully executed contract of sale with copy of the earnest money check.
  6. Landlord or mortgage company address and phone number for the previous two years.
  7. Insurance agent’s name and phone number and the Homeowners insurance premium amount for the property you are purchasing. This must be received 10 days prior to your closing.
  8. Copy of Borrower and Co-Borrower's Driver's License
  9. Fees to INTRUST Mortgage Inc.

    • Appraisals starting at $325.00
    • $19.00 for Flood Certificate
