- Original pay stubs for the most recent 30 day period for all your income sources.
- W-2 forms for the past two years (2003 & 2004).
- Original savings, checking and money market account statements for the past 3 months (all pages).
- Most recent 401-K or profit sharing statement.
- Fully executed contract of sale with copy of the earnest money check.
- Landlord or mortgage company address and phone number for the previous two years.
- Insurance agent’s name and phone number and the Homeowners insurance premium amount for the property you are purchasing. This must be received 10 days prior to your closing.
- Copy of Borrower and Co-Borrower's Driver's License
- Fees to INTRUST Mortgage Inc.
- Credit Reports starting at $15.00
- Appraisals starting at $325.00
- $19.00 for Flood Certificate
